About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implementation partner: You are the primary contact for our customers on all technical questions related to implementing our solutions.
- Partner management: You maintain and coordinate communication with our DMS partners and exchanges at a technical level.
- Interface to the dev unit: You manage communication with our developers via Jira, support product development, and ensure that requirements are implemented precisely.
- 2nd level & documentation: You resolve complex technical support inquiries and keep our processes recorded in clear technical documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical understanding: You have experience supporting interfaces and IT infrastructures and enjoy diving deep into technical processes.
- Consulting skills: You can confidently guide clients through implementation processes and explain complex issues clearly.
- Structure & tool expertise: You are proficient with Jira and accustomed to documenting projects in a structured way.
- Solution orientation: You think proactively and enjoy providing product development with practical feedback from the field.
