About the role

  • Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to increase efficiency.
  • Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Assist with testing activities and create detailed documentation.
  • Present findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year in ServiceNow implementations with HAM expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Skills in analyzing large datasets and defining workflows.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and customer-facing experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (B2+) and familiarity with ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
