About the role

  • Support in HR administration for hires and terminations, personnel changes and employment references
  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, scheduling, and initial screening
  • Help prepare employment contracts, employment references and general HR correspondence
  • Maintain and record employee master data in the HR system
  • Support handling of accident and sickness reports
  • Assist with organizing orientation/onboarding days for new employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR matters

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business education, ideally complemented by further training in HR (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Clerk)
  • Initial professional experience in an HR environment (e.g., assistant role or comparable position)
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365
  • Structured, reliable working style and strong willingness to learn
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive personnel data
  • Service-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork and interacting with a variety of stakeholders
