About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, package, and take to market NetBrain's differentiated story in the emerging Agentic NetOps market
- Translate NetBrain's technical product into differentiated stories and target use cases for economic buyers and sellers
- Partner with the VP / Head of Solutions Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering leadership on positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Define competitive differentiation and package it into a value architecture aligned to executive outcomes
- Develop messaging frameworks for Sales, Marketing, and Field SE teams
- Maintain a coherent differentiated narrative across releases, use cases, and market shifts
- Lead the product-side Agentic NetOps narrative, including AI application, customer interaction with agents, and platform value architecture
- Connect agentic capabilities to measurable operational value and partner with Analyst Relations
- Discover high-value use cases, build business cases, and lead naming, positioning, proof points, packaging, enablement, and launch sequencing
- Refine product marketecture, including portfolio structure, naming, and packaging
- Lead launch messaging, enablement assets, launch sequencing, and cross-functional alignment
- Lead the sales toolkit, including pitch decks, discovery and qualification guides, ROI tools, and objection-handling materials
- Partner with GTM Enablement on the enablement roadmap and direct the Senior Product Marketing Manager on solution-specific assets
- Build an ongoing relationship with Product Management and provide a unified go-to-market perspective in roadmap planning
- Incorporate pricing, ideal customer profile, competitive intelligence, and customer-voice insights into product feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in Product Marketing
- At least 4 years leading platform or multi-product positioning in B2B enterprise software
- Experience identifying and articulating genuine competitive differentiation
- Experience launching and positioning a product portfolio
- Experience bringing new use cases to market within an existing product
- Experience leading a product marketecture redesign or significant repackaging effort
- Ability to translate deeply technical capabilities into value stories for economic buyers and technical practitioners
- Experience marketing to technical buyers and business buyers
- Competitive awareness and ability to incorporate market insights into positioning
- Experience building or leading a core sales enablement toolkit for a B2B software team
- Experience managing, mentoring, or closely partnering with junior marketers
- Analytical rigor in evaluating positioning effectiveness
- Comfort with ambiguity and building a function
- Bachelor's degree is listed as nice to have; MBA helpful but not required
- Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motion for computer use
- Ability to sit for extended periods
