About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely implementations in accordance with prescribed implementation methodology including use cases adoption
Establish a common understanding of project timeline, milestones, escalation path, and expectations on delivery across internal and external teams
Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and goals
Collaborate with project team and client to drive Time to Value for standard use cases
Conduct customer status calls and proactively track, plan, and report on progress including issue and resolution tracking
Serve as the escalation contact for clients on implementation-related issues; partner with internal team to ensure accurate and timely resolution
Execute all phases of the project life cycle and leveraging team expertise to accomplish goals
Maintain detailed project records in support of deployment deliverables and schedules
Utilize various project management functional areas including resource coordination, plus Scope, Timeline, Risk/Issue, Communications, and Dependency Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of project management and client services experience
3+ years managing ITSM initiatives and/or technical solutions
Excellent client-facing skills including clarity of verbal and written communication
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to ensure progress in the face of obstacles
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time
Ability to achieve results by effectively communicating with other in a team environment.
