About the role

  • Participate in IAM system deployments, covering the full cycle (Requirements, Development/Configurations, Testing, User Acceptance, and Support).
  • Customize integrations between systems (APIs, JSON, XML, Swagger, etc.).
  • Develop scripts (Java, Python, etc.) for solution customizations.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (blueprints, operational procedures).
  • Support tool updates and upgrades.
  • Monitor the status and progress of support tickets.
  • Ensure service delivery within contracted SLAs.
  • Escalate high-impact incidents to the appropriate levels.
  • Keep clients informed about the status and progress of support activities.
  • Continuously research new technologies and improvement methodologies.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed (bachelor's degree or technologist) in technology-related fields.
  • Operating systems: Basic knowledge of microcomputing such as Linux and Windows Server, networking, and security.
  • Java: ability to understand, develop, and adjust code in Java.
  • Linux: understanding of and familiarity with basic Linux server commands.
  • LDAP: knowledge of LDAP protocols.
  • JDBC: knowledge of databases, specifically SQL Server.
  • DevOps: knowledge of DevOps and observability tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Datadog, Grafana).
  • Preferred / Nice to have:
  • Basic knowledge of identity management.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Basic knowledge of frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
  • Knowledge and skills with AI tools and concepts.
