About the role

  • Deploy and configure IAM solutions (e.g., Ping Identity).
  • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (blueprints, flows, integrations).
  • Support the squad with technical questions and disseminate best practices.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Integrate legacy and modern systems with identity solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (OpenID, SAML, FAPI, Open Banking).
  • Perform testing, acceptance, and technical validations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) — bachelor’s or technologist — in Technology-related fields.
  • Proven experience with IAM solutions (Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Keycloak, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols: OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to develop or read Java code.
  • Differentials:
  • IAM certifications (e.g., Ping Identity Certified, Okta Certified Professional).
  • Experience with DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Experience with LDAP and identity directories.
