About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and analyze prospects’ pain points, use cases, roles, and business objectives.
Champion the technical positioning and value proposition of NetBox Labs’ products during customer engagements.
Educate customers and prospects on NetBox Labs solutions.
Run technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Pre-qualify prospects via inbound and strategic outbound campaigns, including email, phone, and social.
Build revenue pipeline by setting first meetings with qualified users and senior decision makers.
Maintain accurate prospect data and POC statuses within Hubspot, our CRM.
Work in a fast-paced environment with the initiative to make your team successful and exceed goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of direct, enterprise SE experience or 5+ years of total experience
4-5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or Open Source SaaS offerings to Network Engineering teams
2+ years of experience working in a fast paced startup environment
Familiarity working with Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and other similar tools
Familiarity with NetBox, Network Engineering and/or Network Automation use cases (Python, Ansible, etc) and challenges
Familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT
Strong time and project management skills, plus the ability to work autonomously
Passion for technology and ability to break down complex and technical subjects
Superior listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
