About the role
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training
- Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers across the US, UK, and Canada
- Deliver a delightful candidate experience and represent the NetBox Labs employer brand
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build efficient, scalable, and data-driven processes for hiring
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting
- 2+ years working in a fast paced, early stage (<200 employees) startup environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience.
- Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Creativity, flexibility, and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and project manage multiple roles, applicants, and projects
- Desire to get things done and win the best candidates
