About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy across global reverse and forward operations, including RMA repair, asset recovery, and sales programs
- Manage and grow supplier relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for third-party partners and driving quarterly business reviews
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and MSAs that deliver competitive value and align with NetApp's business objectives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by developing should-cost models, benchmarking pricing, and streamlining operational processes
- Champion sustainability by analyzing return flow efficiency to reduce freight costs and CO2 emissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, operations, and customer service teams to align on shared goals
- Use data and emerging technologies — including AI-driven insights — to monitor performance, spot trends, and inform smart decisions
- Ensure compliance with global regulations around waste management, recycling, and environmental standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is helpful — but equivalent experience is equally valued
- Professional certifications such as APICS, CPSM, or similar are a plus, not a prerequisite
