About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own relationships with career centres, faculty, student organisations, and key campus stakeholders across partner schools in India and APAC.
  • Develop and execute university recruiting strategies informed by market insight, AI-enabled sourcing, competitive benchmarking, and school performance data.
  • Build diverse early-in-career pipelines by designing outreach that engages women, underrepresented talent, and high-potential students earlier in their academic journey.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact campus and virtual events, including career fairs, tech talks, club engagements, interviews, and student programmes.
  • Create and maintain school scorecards, dashboards, ROI analyses, and brand sentiment insights to continuously refine partnership strategy.
  • Lead campus ambassador teams, including executive sponsors, alumni, interns, recruiters, and programme partners, to ensure consistent brand presence and execution.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and external university partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, preparation, event delivery, and follow-up.
  • Support the planning and execution of NetApp’s apprenticeship programme, ensuring compliance with Indian government regulations; travel as needed for in-person recruiting and relationship development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous university/college recruiting experience strongly preferred but not essential.
  • Strong planning, project management, and operational execution skills are a necessary part of the role.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event and campus schedules.
  • Willingness to travel in India for multiple events throughout the year.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and data analytics to guide strategy and measure performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium candidate and partner experience.
