About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own technical marketing end-to-end for virtualization and containerization technologies.
Define technical narrative, value proposition, and competitive story for integrated solutions.
Produce consistent technical content and enablement: solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, and videos.
Design and maintain self-service interactive assets; work with cross-functional teams for embedding within content.
Create integration deep dives and “how-to” videos demonstrating technology integrations.
Act as a technical subject matter expert at webinars, conferences, and social media.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering across product lifecycle to build expertise in NetApp products and solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, developer relations, or related roles.
Demonstrated expert-level understanding in virtualization and containerization technology.
Experience with the VMware technology stack is required.
Significant knowledge/experience with multiple virtualization solutions, including one or more of: Microsoft Hyper-V / Azure, RedHat OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV, Proxmox VE, Oracle Linux VM.
Demonstrated ability to craft technical narratives, value proof, and competitive positioning for integrated solutions.
Excellent technical writing, communication, and storytelling skills; customer-centric mindset.
Proven experience building and managing demos and showcase environments at scale.
Familiarity with modern AI-enabled demo-creation tools is highly desired.
Comfortable as a public speaker and on-camera presenter; capable of engaging technical and executive audiences.
Hands-on proficiency with basic scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell/Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
