About the role
- Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.
- Support analysis of sales and sales operations processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and presentation materials.
- Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard updates using existing tools.
- Support coordination with IT and business stakeholders during projects and enhancements.
- Learn and follow agile delivery practices and contribute to sprint-related activities.
- Provide general project and administrative support to the business systems team.
- Gain exposure to portfolio management activities by helping track initiatives, enhancements, and system changes across the sales systems portfolio.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes, systems, or data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
- Interest in sales systems, technology, and business analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
