About the role

  • Analyze processes and data, making recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product/Enterprise Architects to define and maintain the product roadmaps for each of the applications, platforms and technologies part of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals and objectives.
  • Gather and refine requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and aligned with the overall product vision.
  • Partner with Enterprise, product architects, and other technical teams to verify design and solutions meet business requirements and IT roadmaps.
  • Ownership of release planning, definition of major project milestones, and overall delivery execution.
  • Perform regular and consistent communication with business and IT stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Engage in incident management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of product stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance team members to monitor and improve data quality with the associated domains/applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Over 2 years of prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a data-driven environment
  • Hands-on Involvement with vendor Customer / Company Master Data solutions and concepts (Oracle Fusion Applications preferred)
  • Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and working with large complex data set
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality and compliance standards
  • Detailed involvement with BI / Reporting tools; Power BI, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle OTBI preferred
