- Lead initiatives to transform and optimize partner and channel business processes
- Act as a conduit between business and IT, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes
- Oversee the business aspects of Salesforce environment
- Work closely with IT in an agile environment to ensure implementation of process improvements

Requirements
- ~12 years of experience in business process analysis
- Strong focus on partner and channel operations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and data
