About the role
- Overseeing one or multiple partners, implementing targeted strategy for partner solutions or customer segments
- Fostering engagement, generating additional pipeline and revenue, promoting partner-led business model
- Managing specific solution areas and partnerships within a defined territory.
- Implementing partner's GTM plan aligned with solution area
- Identifying new buyers and growing existing customer base
- Coordinating account team efforts and aligning with partner-led model
- Advocating for partners and developing actionable strategies using account intelligence
- Planning development of partner solutions addressing customer needs
- Engaging in opportunity-selling cycle to close
- Building and nurturing a network of partners and NetApp field contacts
- Driving revenue growth through joint partner strategy
- Aligning NetApp partner sellers, leaders, and account teams in the territory
- Sales plans for NetApp solutions by account or vertical within territory
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience
- Must have experience with large global SI's/MSP's
- Expertise in enterprise strategic sales methodologies
- Effective communication and interfacing skills at all organizational levels, including executives, within partner organizations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, including partner business models, competitive landscape, and trends.
