About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote monitoring services to support patients' home-exercise therapy program
- Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress
- Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
- Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active PT license in a compact state
- Active PTA license in Illinois
- Tech savvy, thriving in a multi-platform environment
- Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Demonstrated patient focus; passion for user experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm to the workplace
- Passion for health and wellness
