Key responsibilities & impact

Provide remote monitoring services for patients
Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and recovery
Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician
Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
Organize and manage a caseload

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Active PTA license in Illinois
Tech savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment
Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Demonstrated patient focus;
Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
