About the role
- Provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program
- Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform
- Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic
- Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
- Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active Connecticut PTA license
- Tech savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment
- Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
