Key responsibilities & impact

Provide remote monitoring services to help support patients
Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through our technology platform
Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress
Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Active compact state PTA license
Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment
Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Demonstrated patient focus
Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
