About the role

  • provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program
  • direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform
  • provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic
  • maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
  • assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
  • organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active PTA license in CO, WA or OR
  • Tech Savvy, including having your own newer model laptop and smart phone
  • Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and listening skills
  • Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem
