About the role
- provide remote monitoring services to support patients through their home-exercise therapy program
- direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress
- maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
- organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- active Compact PT license
- tech savvy, including having your own newer model laptop and smartphone
- experience in behavior change, motivational interviewing
- Health Coach Certification is a plus
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- strong relationship-building and listening skills
- demonstrated patient focus
- ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally
- ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm
