Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Lead project kickoff, planning, execution, and closure activities
Ensure successful delivery of project scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks
Manage project financials, change requests, and resource requirements
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Identify and mitigate project risks
Lead issue resolution efforts and escalate concerns when necessary
Implement corrective actions to maintain project success and client satisfaction
Contribute to project management best practices and process improvements
Support organizational initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client success

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics
Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope
Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations
Bachelor's degree required
PMP Certification required
