About the role
- Responsible to maintain and enhance the ChangePoint system and assure architecture and development follow best practices.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, flexible and low maintenance; implement end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain ChangePoint system issues and updates; work on changes to data within ChangePoint back-end.
- Produce written deliverables for technical design, system testing and implementation activities.
- Investigate system defects, resolve defects and document results.
- Provide overall management and ownership of the ChangePoint system and remain current with technology and leading practices.
- Work with SDLC methodology (Agile and Waterfall) and collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Report to Director of System Operations; off-hours and weekend support may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Must have at least 4 years + experience as a ChangePoint Admin.
- Must have at least 5 years + experience as a ChangePoint Data Architect.
- Changepoint Web API knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Following skills are a must - C#, SSMS, TFS, Azure Dev Ops, MS Excel, Visual Studio.
- Nice to have Dynamics CRM, HTML, MS PowerShell, debug tools like Fiddler.
- Ability to work alone with little supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges and be adaptable.
- May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.
- Off hours and weekend support may be required to meet project milestones.
