About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations from discovery through deployment and post-launch transition
Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements sessions with subject-matter experts
Define project scope, dependencies, and timelines
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans using Jira and Confluence
Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors
Drive progress and resolve blockers
Manage project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Provide weekly status reports, risk logs, and steering committee updates
Track project health and identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-program dependencies
Align workstreams across major accounts with other Project Managers
Contribute to the evolution of nesto’s delivery framework
Identify and help implement foundational product management standards and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in project management
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS environments
Enterprise SaaS delivery experience
Experience or understanding of non-functional requirements, including monitoring, alerting, high availability, and production/cloud operations
Direct customer interaction experience
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience interfacing with executives, clients, and technical teams
Ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs and bring structure to cross-functional teams
Advanced organizational skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models
French language proficiency required for the Quebec-based role
PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and/or other agile PM certifications are nice-to-have
Technical background, ideally in engineering or a similar adjacent domain, is nice-to-have
Experience with financial institutions, mortgage or lending technology, or regulated B2B environments is nice-to-have
Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini is nice-to-have
