About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the candidate journey, providing a clear, supportive, and professional experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top-tier professionals who aren't actively looking.
- Provide hiring managers with the insights and tools needed to make structured, objective hiring decisions.
- Challenge the status quo by introducing new best practices, workflows, and AI-automations to enhance hiring quality.
- Act as an ambassador for nesto at industry events, growing visibility in the market.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion while ensuring a transparent and honest candidate process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two (2) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a startup or FinTech environment being an asset.
- A natural problem-solver who listens closely to identify underlying issues and provides the right solution.
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, but can deliver results independently.
- Tech-savvy and highly organized in ATS; experience with Rippling and AI-driven recruitment tools is a definite plus.
- Bilingualism in English and French will be considered an asset.
