Conduct annual loan reviews, including affordability tests, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) and loan-to-value (LTV) assessments.
Manage loan conversions and post-funding requests.
Collaborate with senior leaders of leading real estate companies to obtain financial and project-related information.
Prepare credit memos specific to unique credit events.
Oversee the collection, review and tracking of documents required for loan conversions and reviews.
Work daily with a diverse team of account managers, analysts and funders.

Requirements

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Proactive and self-directed work approach.
Systematic method for managing large workloads.
Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration or a related field.
While not required, experience manipulating and analyzing data with Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
One (1) year of commercial real estate experience will be considered an asset.
