Director

• Lead, manage and mentor the Technical Integration consulting team, defining standards for technical excellence and client interactions.
• Define and own the overall integration strategy with clients and partners, including the development of tools, processes and pre-built connectors to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as the company’s most senior technical expert in meetings with clients and prospects, providing architectural oversight and building trust with executive-level technical stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and delivery of all technical specifications, custom integrations, demonstrations and proofs of concept produced by the team.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical challenges encountered during pre-sales, implementation or ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to ensure the product roadmap reflects customers’ technical and integration requirements.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integration team to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
