About the role
- Make inbound and outbound calls to warm leads generated by nesto.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by addressing questions, offering guidance, and delivering clear explanations about nesto's mortgage offerings.
- Collect and review the customer information required for the transfer to a nesto advisor.
- Qualify leads by assessing their eligibility and readiness for mortgage solutions, based on gathered information.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of the customer to a nesto advisor for further consultation and processing.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer information, notes, and progress.
Requirements
- A completed high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, call center, or telemarketing role is preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other digital tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
