Senior Android Engineer

IT Support

• Serve as the first line of support for our users, including clinicians, staff, and admins via Zendesk
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues, escalate bugs to product/engineering, and follow through on resolution
• Triage and categorize inbound tickets to improve internal response speed and clarity
• Translate user feedback into actionable insights to improve product usability
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a consistent and proactive support experience

Technical Customer Support Specialist

• Own and evolve the mobile experience for clinicians documenting care
• Handle real-time voice capture, background processing, and seamless sync in challenging network conditions
• Work directly with the CEO and CTO to solve hard technical problems
• Architect reliable background services that handle millions of minutes of audio capture monthly
• Reduce app-related support issues through improved stability and error handling
• Establish Android engineering best practices as we grow the mobile team
• Ship features that directly improve the daily workflow of thousands of clinicians
• Contribute to technical decisions that shape our mobile platform roadmap
