About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct microbiological analyses of environmental, raw material, line, finished-goods, and special/investigative samples.
Analyze samples for NPI factories, co-packers, and co-manufacturers to facilitate timely pathogen-result release.
Implement written standard procedures and work instructions for varied product samples.
Perform sample lifting, identity checks, missing-sample follow-up, and preparation of enrichment and plating media.
Evaluate pathogen results and facilitate confirmatory, biochemical, serological, quantitative, and serotyping tests when necessary.
Document examinations, submit and evaluate results against product specifications, and maintain sample traceability records.
Identify operational deviations, abnormalities, errors, instrument problems, and unsafe conditions; resolve or report them.
Implement ICP, GLP, laboratory safety, and ISO 17025 requirements.
Handle microbiological strains safely and maintain sanitation and hygiene to prevent cross-contamination.
Maintain records for requisitioned materials and inventory of supplies and reagents.
Participate in GLP audits, workshops, seminars, and factory-initiated activities.
Follow company policies, rules, and regulations and perform other duties assigned by the superior.
