About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide regular and preventative maintenance to all plant equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance and controls departments on preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts
- Review and participate in plant-wide risk assessments
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Perform required PM checks and report problems to supervision
- Learn to operate production equipment in extrusion and other areas
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, including replacing fuses and resetting overloads
- Address repair needs for buildings and grounds
- Use WMS and SAP maintenance systems for work orders
- Maintain records and spare-parts inventory
- Develop training documents and train others
- Work the 11:00 PM–7:30 AM Monday–Friday shift option
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment
- Basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures
- Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
