About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze monthly performance of the market, the brand and the competitive landscape, and provide recommendations for action plans
- Monitor and evaluate brand activities, including product launches and major communication and promotional events
- Manage and monitor packaging developments across product ranges
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders in the graphic production chain and support services
- Participate in consumer research and testing, and in the development of innovations and product renovations
- Organize tastings with the culinary workshop and collaborate with R&D centers and factories
- Support commercial/promotion teams in developing activations and key commercial events
- Develop sales pitch materials and internal communication assets
- Contribute to the execution of Maggi's digital and in-store communication strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in marketing or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail (grocery/large-scale retail) is a plus
- Knowledge of Nielsen and/or Kantar panels is a plus
- Analytical skills
- Rigor and autonomy
- Dynamism and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in cooking
- Team player
- Proficiency in English to read, write and participate in meetings
