About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage stock allocations, order fulfillment parameters, and order flow
  • Execute allocation strategies to prioritize inventory according to business needs, customer requirements, and service objectives
  • Resolve order fulfillment issues as the primary contact, partnering with Commercial and Supply Chain teams
  • Support cross-functional order fulfillment process improvement projects
  • Use SAP/GLOBE to automate allocation activities, reduce out-of-stock risk, and manage supply constraints
  • Identify fulfillment risks and execute mitigation actions using reservations, allocations, BOPI, DMC, and related system functionality
  • Communicate shortages, order risks, and customer-facing actions to Customer Solutions partners
  • Create delivery notes on time and assign accurate root causes for unconfirmed or cut order lines
  • Partner with Transportation, Warehouse, Customer Service, Deployment, Supply Planning, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs, health checks, and service trends during operational reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve fulfillment processes, root-cause visibility, system usage, and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • 2–4 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, or a related Supply Chain function
  • Experience working with ERP systems and order management processes preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-functional supply chain operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret order data and monitor trends
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence across functions
  • Candidates located in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) are strongly preferred
