About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep the work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help ensure products run smoothly on the production line and meet quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic proficiency in English to follow verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes preferred
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
