About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and participate in business-impacting decisions
  • Cooperate with the Sales department on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage and take responsibility for Trade Spend budget creation, execution, and revision
  • Lead monthly business planning from preparation through presentation
  • Enforce internal and external policies and rules
  • Evaluate, challenge, identify, seek, and share opportunities to improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate as a member of the finance and sales community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2–3 years of controlling or finance experience
  • FMCG experience and knowledge of the Czech or Slovak market
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • At least basic knowledge of accounting and costing related to the sales function
  • Fluent Czech
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2)
  • Solid communication skills
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
