About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation of client meetings (market and innovation reviews, assortment recommendations, growth plans, category projects and merchandising, etc.)
  • Analyze brand performance by retailer using Nielsen, Kantar and Datasharing tools, as well as ad‑hoc studies; produce reports and define action plans, including ad‑hoc analyses
  • Contribute to the development of the promotional plan (analyses and reviews of promotional effectiveness) and monitor competitor activities (flyer promotions and drive/click‑and‑collect initiatives)
  • Coordinate trade activities with agencies and internal teams
  • Analyze in‑store merchandising plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business/Commerce or a related field
  • First experience in retail/large-scale distribution is preferred
  • Recognized for your collaborative mindset and curiosity
  • Demonstrated proactivity
  • You embody the key behaviours expected — collaboration, courage, speed, and continuous learning
