About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor promotional KPIs: manage promotional volumes, track flyers during key promotional periods, assess profitability of promotional operations within each retail chain, and ensure in-store execution.
- Update the promotional catalogue for CPF (Cereal Partners France) in coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain, including creating new promo codes in collaboration with Marketing.
- Conduct competitive analyses: monitor competitors’ flyers and perform panel analyses.
- Collaborate on Strategic Revenue Management projects: pricing and premiumization of our product ranges.
- Produce monthly analyses of category performance and our results using retailer and consumer panels (Nielsen).
- Conduct competitive monitoring: product launches and competitors’ strategies.
- Prepare materials for the sales force and clients to defend and promote our category and products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business/Commerce preferred.
- Previous internship or professional experience in trade marketing or as a category manager is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of panel data (e.g., Nielsen) is a plus.
- Demonstrates key behaviours: collaboration, rigor, and continuous learning.
- English proficiency sufficient for reading, writing, and participating in meetings.
