About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze performance: update dashboards using panels (retailers and consumers), analyze and present market performance, and monitor competitors (media and innovations)
- Develop packaging: collaborate with agencies and internal teams on innovation, renovation and promotional packaging
- Support execution of the 2027 media support plan: for brands in the Nestlé Cereals portfolio as well as new product innovations with a digital focus (digital activations, influencer marketing, etc.)
- Manage in-store activations: create and implement in-store materials/activations (POS displays, couponing, events...), including sampling
- Develop communications / PR: create communication materials (sales arguments, POS materials) and support PR campaigns for product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing or equivalent
- Prior experience in marketing and/or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus
- Strong analytical, synthesis and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Familiarity with market panels, notably Nielsen or Circana
- English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings
