About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads quality and compliance across multiple distribution centers
Ensures adherence to quality standards, SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements
Oversees quality of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
Drives continuous improvement and manages quality systems and compliance activities
Provides leadership to the Quality Assurance team, including supervisors and inspectors
Maintains compliance with FDA regulations and participates in audit preparations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the food, dietary supplement, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
Experience with Food Safety Plans, HACCP, and GFSI standards
Demonstrated experience managing Quality Systems
SQF Practitioner certification and/or experience with FSSC, BRC, or ISO standards preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
