About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in defining and deploying AMM standards (Autonomous Maintenance - AMM)
- Support field teams in adopting best practices
- Update AMM documentation (work instructions, checklists, displays)
- Monitor AMM progress and maturity on targeted equipment
- Assist EAM leaders in analyzing the current situation (preventive tasks, workloads, scheduling)
- Contribute to the review and optimization of preventive maintenance plans
- Help improve planning (balancing workload and resources)
- Identify and propose simplification and reliability improvement initiatives
- Support efforts to reduce costs in the technical stores
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Update key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data from the CMMS and tracking tools
- Contribute to standardizing indicators and calculation methods
- Participate in cross-functional methods/maintenance projects
- Perform basic fault and failure analyses
- Propose continuous improvement actions
- Provide regular reporting to your tutor/mentor and the technical team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's-level education (Bac+3) with a specialization in maintenance or methods
- Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, methods, or industrial engineering
- Interest in equipment reliability and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong interest in data analysis and digital tools
- Knowledge of, or interest in, Power BI (dashboard development and updates)
- Ability to formalize processes and standards
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and within an industrial environment
- Strong analytical, synthesizing and structuring skills
- Rigorous, organized and attentive to priorities
- Good interpersonal skills; able to work easily with diverse profiles (maintenance, production)
- Developing autonomy and proactivity
- Technically curious and motivated to learn
