About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in defining and deploying AMM standards (Autonomous Maintenance - AMM)
  • Support field teams in adopting best practices
  • Update AMM documentation (work instructions, checklists, displays)
  • Monitor AMM progress and maturity on targeted equipment
  • Assist EAM leaders in analyzing the current situation (preventive tasks, workloads, scheduling)
  • Contribute to the review and optimization of preventive maintenance plans
  • Help improve planning (balancing workload and resources)
  • Identify and propose simplification and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Support efforts to reduce costs in the technical stores
  • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards
  • Update key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data from the CMMS and tracking tools
  • Contribute to standardizing indicators and calculation methods
  • Participate in cross-functional methods/maintenance projects
  • Perform basic fault and failure analyses
  • Propose continuous improvement actions
  • Provide regular reporting to your tutor/mentor and the technical team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's-level education (Bac+3) with a specialization in maintenance or methods
  • Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, methods, or industrial engineering
  • Interest in equipment reliability and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong interest in data analysis and digital tools
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Power BI (dashboard development and updates)
  • Ability to formalize processes and standards
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor and within an industrial environment
  • Strong analytical, synthesizing and structuring skills
  • Rigorous, organized and attentive to priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to work easily with diverse profiles (maintenance, production)
  • Developing autonomy and proactivity
  • Technically curious and motivated to learn
