About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Aid in execution of the Nestlé People Strategy processes that attract, develop, recognize, and retain employees.
- Serve as liaison between employees and management.
- Assist in the execution and continuous improvement of HR initiatives and processes.
- Collaborate with talent management teams in recruitment and new hire processing.
- Ensure fundamental and mandatory training compliance through Learning & Development Platform.
- Manage special projects related to workforce management and strategic planning.
- Perform planned/impromptu investigations and audits to ensure compliance and maintain certification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development, Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent HR experience.
- Human Resources experience with relevant business operations/employee functions preferred.
- Experience in Leveling & Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment.
- Project Management experience (e.g., implementing change management projects).
- Proficient in digital tools and HR systems (e.g., SAP).
- Thorough understanding of Federal/State employment laws (e.g., EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA).
- Experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and managing mediation.
