About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a member of the project team
  • Support management of operational routines and the monitoring of performance indicators
  • Participate in the preparation of reports and management analyses
  • Support project implementation through execution and monitoring of work packages
  • Contribute to meeting schedule, cost and quality objectives
  • Support the team’s day-to-day activities
  • Promote integration among cross-functional areas, suppliers and service providers
  • Act as a facilitator in the onboarding process for employees and contractors
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality and internal process requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process digitization and data analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program (from the 2nd year onward)
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Apps, Power BI and other digital tools
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and performance indicators
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Organized, proactive and results-oriented
  • Open to learning new skills; flexible, curious and collaborative
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Intermediate/advanced English is a plus
