About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a member of the project team
Support management of operational routines and the monitoring of performance indicators
Participate in the preparation of reports and management analyses
Support project implementation through execution and monitoring of work packages
Contribute to meeting schedule, cost and quality objectives
Support the team’s day-to-day activities
Promote integration among cross-functional areas, suppliers and service providers
Act as a facilitator in the onboarding process for employees and contractors
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and internal process requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process digitization and data analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program (from the 2nd year onward)
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Apps, Power BI and other digital tools
Analytical skills for interpreting data and performance indicators
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Organized, proactive and results-oriented
Open to learning new skills; flexible, curious and collaborative
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Intermediate/advanced English is a plus
