About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates
- Replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages
- Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership
- Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
- Label and verify product selection and quantity
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area
- Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
