About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead phoning campaigns targeting Leclerc Drive locations to grow the presence of Nestlé Petfood products, promote innovations, and accelerate the implementation of commercial priorities.
- Analyze Drive channel performance using the company's tools and databases to identify growth opportunities, stock shortages, and areas for improvement.
- Develop commercial and operational recommendations to optimize assortment, product availability, promotional activities, and brand visibility on Leclerc Drives.
- Build and maintain management dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, methods and Business Coordination processes to strengthen the relevance of analyses and the efficiency of commercial teams.
- Collaborate with sales, category and e-commerce teams to support strategic projects related to Drive development and to share best practices.
- Prepare analyses and executive summaries for management to inform decision-making and help achieve Drive channel growth targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Bac+3) in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data, digital tools and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel.
- Ability to identify and resolve logistical, data and tool-related issues.
- Capacity to manage multiple topics and prioritize effectively.
- Experience creating monitoring, training and reporting materials.
- Demonstrated rigor and an analytical mindset.
- Curious and motivated to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.
- Organized and able to manage priorities.
