About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead site training execution to support technical and operational capability needs
- Manage site training processes and key training systems
- Partner with site leaders, Manufacturing Excellence, HR, and Learning & Organization Development to implement training solutions
- Provide day-to-day leadership for Trainers and Training Coordinators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field desired
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or capability building in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge of technical training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles in manufacturing or operations settings
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, Lean, or similar capability-building systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and quality standards
- Experience using learning systems, digital tools, and training data to manage capability development and measure effectiveness
- Strong project management, organization, and change support skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and levels
