About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field desired
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or capability building in an operations or manufacturing environment
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong knowledge of technical training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles in manufacturing or operations settings
  • Working knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, Lean, or similar capability-building systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Experience using learning systems, digital tools, and training data to manage capability development and measure effectiveness
  • Strong project management, organization, and change support skills
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across functions and levels
