About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipment
- Set up and operate manufacturing and packaging machines
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to support productivity
- Troubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor and optimize lines during production runs
- Match labels with batch records and verify accuracy
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts
- Assist operators and maintenance technicians as needed
- Create or update machine centerline procedures
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of mechanical or machine operator experience
- Mechanical/electrical trade background or technical school preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
