About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a corporate contact and technical resource for safety, health and environmental compliance
Guide sites on SHE related policies, procedures, and compliance including regulatory reporting, permits, and compliance obligations
Monitor inspections, records, and routine follow-up
Support safety investigations and corrective actions for incidents, spills, releases, and non-compliance
Support the integration of environmental risk with safety and health risk frameworks
Drive implementation and improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SH&E systems across sites
Develop SH&E training and guidance to build compliance, systems, and audit readiness
Act as corporate liaison with regulatory agencies and external consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or a related SH&E function in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of applicable EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Experience in manufacturing operations and operational processes
Professional certification in environmental, safety, or industrial hygiene disciplines is preferred
