About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a corporate contact and technical resource for safety, health and environmental compliance
  • Guide sites on SHE related policies, procedures, and compliance including regulatory reporting, permits, and compliance obligations
  • Monitor inspections, records, and routine follow-up
  • Support safety investigations and corrective actions for incidents, spills, releases, and non-compliance
  • Support the integration of environmental risk with safety and health risk frameworks
  • Drive implementation and improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SH&E systems across sites
  • Develop SH&E training and guidance to build compliance, systems, and audit readiness
  • Act as corporate liaison with regulatory agencies and external consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or a related SH&E function in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of applicable EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Experience in manufacturing operations and operational processes
  • Professional certification in environmental, safety, or industrial hygiene disciplines is preferred
