About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist, supporting and coordinating compliance, performance, and capability development across factory operations
- Drive the implementation of Corporate standards, interpret regulations, standardization, and continuous improvement of Safety, Health and Environment systems
- Provide advice, support, technical expertise, strategic direction, and oversight to sites, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, Nestlé policies, and SH&E management systems
- Foster a culture where safety, health, and environmental sustainability are embedded as core business values and operational priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or a related SH&E function in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of applicable EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience in manufacturing operations and operational processes
- Professional certification in environmental, safety, or industrial hygiene disciplines is preferred
- Travel up to 75%
