  • Safely operate equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting team performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cycle counts and inventory systems
  • Train others and help meet key performance goals
  • Operate forklifts and advanced material handling equipment
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
  • Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems
  • Organize and label warehouse storage areas
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals
  • Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience leading or training others preferred
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
